What happens if the product I want to purchase is out of stock?
If, at the time of purchase, a specific product is out of stock/temporarily unavailable, you will promptly receive a communication from our customer service that will explain the procedure to follow that best suits your needs.

Is there a maximum number of orders that can be placed?
No. There is no limit to the number of orders you can place per day or the number of products you can purchase in a single order.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I ship to a different address than the billing address?
Yes. When completing the order, by filling in the appropriate field, you can indicate a shipping address different from the billing address.
Is it possible to make a return?
If you have not received the right product or are not satisfied with the purchase made, do not worry. You can exercise your "Right of Return and Withdrawal". Here are the details: If the consumer chooses to exercise the right of withdrawal, he will, within 14 days of receiving the product, communicate his decision to the seller by email to the address shop@seipuntozero-haircare.it or by registered mail to the following address Cis di Nola Isola 8, lotto 8024, 80035, Nola (Na). Are your products nickel free?
There are no products that can be defined as “nickel free”. Rather, it is more correct to speak of “nickel tested” products since the presence of these impurities, for the majority of products, is technically unavoidable. Therefore, we always invite allergic subjects to carry out a sensitivity test, the application of which varies from product to product. Furthermore, reactions not only vary from subject to subject, but could manifest themselves towards other components present in the formulation of the product (a form of allergy could also manifest itself towards a “nickel tested” product).

Our products are dedicated to professionals in the haircare sector. In addition to the official offline channels (for information on this subject, contact our customer service by sending an email to info@seipuntozero-haircare.it.), it is possible to purchase some of the products in the catalog directly from our online shop.
What are the validity conditions of coupon codes?
Each coupon code has different validity conditions, depending on the promotions. Consequently, the communications relating to discount codes that we send (e.g. Newsletter, abandoned carts) describe the relative conditions of the code in question. Generally, coupon codes have a limited duration, they cannot be combined with other discount codes (unless otherwise communicated). If your order entitles you to free shipping, but the coupon code added to the cart lowers the cost below the threshold for free shipping, the cost of the latter will still be added to the total costs of the order.
Can 6.Zero hair dyes be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Although the ingredients are selected to ensure high skin tolerability, we always recommend following the advice of your trusted doctor. In fact, during pregnancy the sensitivity of the skin is greater and therefore the risk of a reaction of sensitization or allergies also increases, even in women who have never had such problems.
Are 6.Zero products tested on animals?
No. Our hair products are made in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 1223/2009 which prohibits the marketing of finished products and raw materials used in them that have been tested on animals (chap. V art. 18 “Animal testing”). To always guarantee the quality, effectiveness and safety of our products, we use alternative methods to animal testing, such as in vitro tests or dermatological tests.

What is the shelf life of 6.Zero products?
To find out the specific shelf-life of a single 6.Zero product, just read the back of the product itself. Here you will find a dedicated symbol, the icon of a jar with a number inside: the latter indicates the number of months for which the product maintains its characteristics intact from the date of first opening.
I have a coupon code: how can I use it?
